Permissions Used

The Extension requests the following permissions:

Host Permissions

  • Permission: Access to https://*/* and http://*/* (all websites)
  • Purpose: To inspect and analyze webpage HTML structure, styles, and components
  • Data Access: Text, images, audio, video, and hyperlinks on web pages
  • Usage: All processing occurs locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to external servers.

activeTab

  • Purpose: To access the current active tab when the extension is invoked
  • Usage: Allows the extension to interact with the currently visible webpage

scripting

  • Purpose: To inject scripts for inspection and analysis
  • Usage: Required to analyze DOM structure and styles in the active page

tabs

  • Purpose: To interact with browser tabs
  • Usage: Necessary to identify and work with the current tab for inspection features

Permissions NOT Requested

The Extension does not request the following permissions:

  • ❌ Personal Identification Information (name, address, email, etc.)
  • ❌ Health Information (heart rate data, medical records, symptoms, diagnoses, procedures, etc.)
  • ❌ Financial and Payment Information (transactions, credit card numbers, credit scores, financial statements, payment history, etc.)
  • ❌ Authentication Information (passwords, user credentials, security questions, PINs, etc.)
  • ❌ Personal Communications (emails, text or chat messages, etc.)
  • ❌ Location Information (region, IP address, GPS coordinates, or information about objects near the user’s device, etc.)
  • ❌ Web History (list of visited web pages, page titles, visit times, and related data)
  • ❌ User Activity (network monitoring, click counts, mouse position, scrolling, keystroke logging, etc.)

Data Security

The Extension:

  • Does not store user data
  • Does not share user data with third parties
  • Does not sell or rent user data
